Ivo is an AI-powered contract review platform designed to support lawyers and legal teams in working more efficiently and accurately.
Their product sits within a highly technical space, requiring clear, engaging communication to stand out in a traditionally conservative category. -
The challenge was to create eye-catching paid social ads that would resonate with lawyers and law firms, translating technical messaging into something visually engaging and easy to digest.
While Ivo had a strong set of brand guidelines and illustration styles, these weren’t being fully utilised across their marketing output. The opportunity was to expand on this existing visual language and push it further.
Using their illustration style as a foundation, I explored and generated new imagery using AI tools to extend their visual library. This allowed us to create more tailored, concept-led visuals that could sit seamlessly alongside each line of copy, bringing the messaging to life in a more considered and impactful way.

The work elevated Ivo’s paid social presence, resulting in a series of visually distinctive and cohesive ads that stood out within the category.
By combining strong art direction with AI-led image creation, we were able to produce high-quality, scalable creative that consistently delivered against campaign objectives, while building a more recognisable and engaging visual identity.
Alongside expanding Ivo’s illustration style through AI-generated visuals, we developed a complementary photographic direction to support the ad copy.
Rather than relying on generic imagery, we created a considered visual system where each image was designed to serve a specific purpose — reinforcing and elevating the message.
Through art direction, we explored themes of clarity and complexity, creating imagery that aligned with Ivo’s product while adding a more conceptual, elevated layer to the work.
This resulted in a flexible, scalable image library that brought greater cohesion and depth to Ivo’s paid social output.
Following a semi-rebrand, Ivo introduced an updated visual identity, including new illustration styles, refined colour palettes, and an evolved logo.
This created an opportunity to rethink how these elements were used across paid content, bringing greater consistency and impact to their visual output.
