Topham Guerin UK - 2024 - Current 

During my time at Topham Guerin, I have led design across a wide range of projects and clients, working as the sole designer in the agency. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director, I delivered creative across social-first campaigns, branding initiatives, global campaigns, and traditional formats. My role spanned everything from concepting to execution across digital, OOH, and print.

Key highlights:

  • Led design on global campaigns, including work for Kazakhstan and UAE Climate

  • Delivered social-first creative for brands such as Fujitsu and Airbnb

  • Designed for major public and private sector clients including NHS, HM Government, and Lloyds Banking

  • Worked across a variety of branding projects, from visual identity to campaign look & feel

  • Produced work across multiple formats: digital, out-of-home, and print

  • Operated as the sole in-house designer, working directly with the Creative Director on all visual output

That Lot - 2021 - 2023

My role as a Designer focused solely on designing for all Social Media platforms. My day to day included leading design across two accounts - Microsoft UK & Mars Petcare. I had the opportunity to take real ownership over the Microsoft UK account by being involved in the creative process; including my own ideas, reviewing the ideas deck with the team before it goes to the client for approval while also leading the design with minimal supervision, elevating the visual identity of the socials while remaining true to the brand heritage.

  • Led day-to-day design across Microsoft UK and Mars Petcare social accounts

  • Took creative ownership of Microsoft UK, from idea generation to final delivery

  • Elevated the brand's social identity while maintaining consistency with its global guidelines

  • Collaborated on concept development, reviewing and refining ideas decks before client approval

  • Delivered high-quality, on-brand content with minimal supervision

  • Supported creative work across major accounts including Amazon Prime, Spotify UK, Adobe UK, and Who We Be

  • Contributed to internal agency initiatives, including a weekly newsletter on emerging social media trends

Tribal Worldwide DDB - 2017 - 2020

Started as a Content Producer Apprentice through Arch Apprentices, achieving a Distinction before being promoted to Junior Digital Designer with a focus on UI design.

Key highlights:

  • Designed digital content and UI work for clients including Volkswagen UK, SEAT, ŠKODA, Wren Kitchens, and Johnson & Johnson

  • Took initiative to produce staff headshots, handling studio setup, direction, and post-production retouching in Photoshop

  • Gained hands-on experience across digital design, studio photography, and client-facing work within a fast-paced agency environment
